HOW IT WORKS
At ElevationTat we take all the guess work out of your race. We start with your courses elevation profile and then add distances at the Valleys and Peaks. While running you will know at what distance an incline will begin and end. This also will help on descents, you will know how long you can cruse down hill before the next climb begins. We have also provided you with aid station distances, for instance if you are running with a handheld sometimes it isn't necessary to stop at every aid station, this information can allow you to skip if you would like.
